Daune Thompson

Daune holds a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Life Coach.  She has an extensive fitness background and has taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Dow Chemical.

Daune held a position as Director of Training and Development for a national training company/speakers bureau.  Daune developed customized training programs and employee-relation courses for Fortune 500 companies (i.e. Kimberly Clark Corp., Menasha Corp., etc.).

Her experience extends to management in the health and wellness, self-help and nutrition industry.  This unique expertise provides her the strong foundation needed for an effective and results driven life coach and personal mentor.

Daune’s entrepreneurial talent includes successfully owning and operating businesses in the beauty and wellness industries.  She has authored self empowerment books for both adults and children entitled    I Deserve It -- a supportive guide to creating and living the life of your dreams.

Dedra M. Johanneson

Dedra Johanneson is an entrepreneur, coach, mentor and speaker.  Dedra has inspired and mentored entrepreneurs and clients with proven success.   She serves on the National Board of Directors for SCORE, is the Board Vice Chair and chairs the Development Committee .   Dedra has donated her time to SCORE for over six years.  In 2007 Dedra received an Award from SBA for “National Champion of Women Business”.   Dedra has been a guest speaker for many Women’s groups and other organizations for SCORE.

Prior to joining SCORE, Dedra was owner and President of Johanneson’s of WI, Inc. A company that owned and operated a chain of supermarkets in Colorado, Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Dedra’s company had employed upto 1,800 employees during her career and served over a million customers.  In 2001, Dedra’s company competed with a Wal-mart supercenter.  With much innovation, strategy, organization and service, Dedra’s company survived and prospered when two others Supermarkets failed.

While in the Supermarket business, Dedra was a weekly guest on WHBY Radio “Good Neighbor Show” in Wisconsin.  Dedra has served on several Boards and Advisory Boards in the Northeast Wisconsin community.

Dedra was also President and founder of An Open Mind, Inc. a Training Company/Speakers Bureau.  The company was very successful in mentoring, training, workshops and seminars to fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium-sized companies and organizations in the mid-west. 
Dedra was a frequent speaker in her business community including the Wisconsin Bar Association, Kimberly Clark, Proctor and Gamble and Clemson University
