Empty Well

Give not from an empty well, but from a well that is overflowing.-Sufi prayer

Refrain from giving your energy to another in need if you don't have a surplus.

Otherwise you are just draining yourself to fill anothers empty well and you become the empty well.

When you give energy you don't have to give, it will affect you personally.

Fill yourself up 100% first, then support others from your surplus that overflows from there.

If LOW...HELP

It is more difficult to help others when you are feeling low than when you are feeling up.

But the reward of helping them dissipates your feeling low.

TRY IT, you will be amazed how fast you feel lifted.

When life is pushing our buttons, it tends to be more mental obstacles that we are unable to get outside of ourselves for better perspective. This is the fastest way to step outside.

Like a fireman, they don't think twice about helping they just do what is helpful to get the other person to a better place now. Same takes place by simply giving a kind word to another in need. You will benefit from their gratitude of your kind gesture.

Clean House

When your house is messy, it doesn't mean you cant live in it, its just distracting & uncomfortable.

Same goes with your mind, clean house regularly so it can relax and have peace.-DT

We often forget to clean what we don't see. Although our minds are made up of thoughts we don't even realize are there, subconscious. We can bring awareness to them by just listening to them. If they aren't empowering you, overpower them with stronger and healthier words. Your external world cleans up fast when your internal is clean and clear.
